The closest I have come to this is salmon portions wrapped in foil and stuffed calamari. I need to bite the bullet. Luckily we have the best fish monger. He will advise me too

Good call Jill. Fish cook fast, and the oven is easy whether whole, a fillet, wings or portions! Works well with Ocean Grown Cone Bay barramundi too!
