try 110 celcius overnight. it will keep most of the house warm and the texture of the beef will please you

best way to do baby back pork ribs. line your baking tray with foil or shrink wrap, lay out one or two whole slabs of ribs, cover completely and seal with foil or shrink wrap, and stick in the oven - either overnight any time of year or,even better, starting early in the morning when the weather is cold.

It’s in the oven as I type. Scent is soo delicious.No Daikon so I’ve used diced Choko instead - We have an abundance this year!
