I'm all about elasticity! Yes I made slow cooked lamb shanks yesterday...because I felt like comfort food...but I'm also craving light and bright and green and zingy. I like your tips for turning winter into spring...especially as today's Sydney forecast says 30 degrees...it's winter one day and summer the next around here...it's like Sydney's weather is mirroring the emotional rollercoaster of Sydneysiders on the verge of breaking out of lockdown. I'm also craving broad beans. Your beef cheeks look delicious. Thank you! We can do this, Sydney! :-)
