I adore spagarious, as my brother called, aged 4. Love it with crunchy, buttery breadcrumbs, strips of pan fried proscuitto, a halved soft boiled egg, ribbons of parmigiano, a splash of excellent olive oil and black pepper. A fabulous entrée that is so easy, but looks impressive. Yum
