Good morning Jill yum yum yum one of my favourite desserts, but as I have just Ben diagnosed as a pre diabetic, life is going to change. I’m hoping I can turn it around next time I have a blood test. I wonder if that is possible

Dark bitter cocoa powder dusted over the top is divine - or over the layer of whipped cream. Pomegranate for a punch of acidity. Raspberries that completely cover the surface. Roasted hazelnuts, chopped. Candied orange and lemon strips. Crushed Oreo biscuits? (Okay, I'll stop now). Thanks, J.
