Some may think we have bastardised the Caesar Salad, but hey, what’s wrong with changing things up a bit. Definitely the anchovies, not only in the salad but in the dressing, and a soft poached egg, and if you have one of those microwave thingies where you can do four at a time and time it well, well, that’s one each should there be four of you. The ham sounds like a great idea, will give that a try next time.

made this last night with chicken breast and it was a big hit white my hubby and son who normally turn their noses up at salads .. your a dream cook and love love getting your weekly recipes and the lingo that you write is so entertaining and beautifully crafted
