Terry will have eaten all the salami 😂😂

Great cheese board Jill. Inspirational.

We are at Mt. Lofty House in Radelaide. Absolutely stunning dinner and cheese plate was comte (always loved it) a mild blue AND beppino which I have NEVER tasted 🤷‍♀️ 10 trips to Italy and never discovered. Crazy

Thank you Jill - always great content and a pleasure to read. My special trick is Harris Farm Market’s Fig Jam. It jams with the blues and not as exy as fancy fruit pastes and cheese accompaniments. I hope you’re well. x

Oooh, 'it jams with the blues', like that. Off to Harris Farm when it stops raining. If it stops raining.

You forgot to write about the most important element - the conveyance. Forgot the crackers that so often break mid spread - bread, preferably diagonally angle cut, let’s you get the most flavour out of the cheese.

BTW, Harper and Blohm - an excellent cheese shop - is at 365 SydneyRoad, Brunswick.

Ah yes, the conveyance. I'd prefer to take everything in its original packaging and assemble on site, but that's not always possible. Different breads - a fruit or walnut bread, a dark rye, a sourdough, is a great idea. Harper and Blohm, brilliant.

Great story and thanks for the inspiration. I love adding some visually stunning honeycomb dripping with honey!! I also love the look of the pomegranate but the arils look like they were too hard to get to this time. It's definitely a labour intensive job and ends up looking like a crime scene!! Did the pomegranate and oranges get eaten in the end?

I told everyone they were just there for gorgeousness, and we saved them for breakfast the next day. The mandarins went into my Campari! Thanks for the honeycomb tip. I mean, drip.
