Love the sound of this iceberg salad. Mum always did a shredded iceberg salad with a creamy mustard dressing that incorporated boiled egg yolks in the dressing and the egg whites diced and strewn on the lettuce- still gets an occasional airing! Thanks Jill, will try this yoghurt dressing this weekend.

We must work in the same kitchen, I love varying the serving of lettuce, wedged with a creamy dressing shredded served with smashed cucumber and avocado, braised with peas and spring onions, and having the whole leaf filled with San Choy Bau, yum. Thank you for another great posting. Will have to try the tzatziki, a nice twist.
