Nothing like a great sausage, which are not necessarily easy to find, no matter how many flavours they make, and the ease of utilising them to make a burger tops it off. Certainly saves time, thanks for this weeks post Jill
Good old Terry! And what a great idea, my husband is always wanting sausages in some form… barbecued, old fashioned curry, devilled or just plain old bangers and mash… and I find it all a bit dreary… and don’t get me started on those horrid fancy sausages filled with alfalfa or quinoa or some other very wrong ingredient. I think he’s going to be very happy that I now have a sausage burger/burger sausage… and several different ways. Thank you.
Mmm … except for the porky bits. Lamb, beef or chicken sausos equally as fabulous in this sausburger deliciousness! ❤️😎

Love the herb mayo. Love the iceberg. Love the melty cheese. Delicious. Terry’s fave?
