Great recipe Jill. When I do asian salads I like to add a few chopped stalks of Bok Choi. Cut up like celery pieces, but crunchy and a bit peppery. And of course you meed a glass of Gewurztraminr with Thai food.

Must try this. I have recently discovered glass noodles thanks to Rosheen Kaul's innovative recipe book Chinese-ish - try her Ants climbing a tree recipe. So tasty, quick and easy.
