We’ve all changed over the past two years, but my old home town just keeps getting more and more Melbourne, with brilliant pho, coffee, cocktail snackery and the coolest hotel in town.
We love Melbourne as it is so multi-cultural and we end up moving in and out of it. I am now far away and look forward to my next visit end of January to soak up the sights and smells I have missed. Your short stay and recommendations will be on my list. Many thanks.
I'm so happy to read the Windsor hasn't changed much. It was the first grand hotel I ever visited (for afternoon tea, of course) and that formed so much of my taste. I'm taking this list with me the next time I'm in Melbs. Thanks.

This makes me want to re visit Melbourne so much, I really miss it! Also - fennel Negroni did you say <3
Great article! (Check the claimed build date for the Windsor hotel, however...)
