Thanks for this weeks recipe Jill, I was a little confused initially when you talked about dry roasting, thinking you were doing them in the oven, but then realised you are dry roasting in the pan. The stroganoff looks deeelicious.

Ever thought of doing a mushroom foraging day? That’s something I’d happy get up at 5.00am and drive hours to.

I started dry frying my mushrooms a few months ago as I’d read in an article from someone else - what a difference it makes!
