Great recipe Jill, but I think I might be with Terry on the tomato issue. A dish that cries out for a nice glass of Fiano, the rising star of new Italian white wine varieties in Australia.
Years ago when we used to go to the movies every Tuesday night we went to the same restaurant every week, to have Linguine or Spaghetti alle Vongole, me without the tomato, my husband with. Still to this day I like mine with chilli, garlic and olive oil. Ah ha… Allegro Al Dente, complete with CD, not only do I have it, but I think my sister Marilyn does also. She follows you in IG. Thanks for another entertaining post Jill.

One of my favourite pasta dishes.

Fabulous thank you Jill …, I have the brilliant Allegro al Dente (with CD) which I used recently to make the delicious Spaghetti alla Putanesca….🎶
