We stayed in Rapallo often … a genuine working town with a great soul . It has been several years but I have very fond memories of a little wine bar, back from the harbour and run by a lovely Italian family overseen by the Nonna and matriarch, Graciela. I wonder if the family is still there? If they are .. don’t eat all the bar snacks and then go out for dinner! 🤪
And yes if I had a choice, I wouldn’t come home either!
Oooo goody, another recipe that will adapt to using the native warrigal greens that have rather naturalised on our acreage :)
We were just in Bologna in May and commented how hot the station must be in July/August.
And. Fonzies are the best.
Thanks for the recipe Jill. Blimey is the best too. Enjoy

Fabulous recipe! How does it keep? If I make it the day before a picnic or gathering? Cheers
Sounds yum. I've never made this before but will give it a try. Will let you know how it goes. Keep enjoying your travels xx
