I used to make your posset from the recipe you have in “Totally Simple Food”. I would set the possets in my grandmother’s Royal Albert cups and serve them on the saucer. They were always a hit; so simple and so divinely delicious.

I love lemon desserts and this has made top of my weekend cook! Thanks so much for starting this page Jill - love your recipes! Also, a request if I may - one of my all time favourite mince recipes is one of your Chilli con carnes (I do also love the ultimate chilli!) I seem to recall it was in a magazine but have lost my clipping :( it was the 'not super hot, more tex mex' version with around 700g mince. Would you consider doing a chilli post please as we head into cooler months? :)

Yes, definitely I’ll be giving the posset a shot, my crème brullée is wearing a bit thin with some. 🤷🏼‍♂️

And I didn't even know what a Nick & Nora glass was. Now I do. Thanks Jill. Posset to follow.

Delicious. I've been looking for a new use for my Nick and Nora glasses (other than drinking a gimlet). Will make some this weekend
