Yep, but maybe slash the thick part of the meat once or twice to allow the marinade to flavour more of the meat. And if you need to cook longer than wings do, keep an eye on browning. Thanks, J.

My chicken wings are similar but add chopped shallots, garlic and grated ginger. Always demolished.
