I love baking picnic dishes like this. I find one egg to 100ml cream/milk and anything is possible. Will definitely be making this one soon. Right now, my savoury ricotta cake is in high rotation with homegrown silverbeet, herbs and asparagus. It’s delist.

I LOVE this! Thank you Jill. I love picnics and making food to share with others...and as you say, why spend hours in the kitchen when we could whip up something fast and get out there and picnic? Good on Terry for literally being your right hand (egg whisking) man. Happy Picnicking! :-)
